Honda EU3000is very cold start YouTube. Unfortunately someone has already had a play with it and it didn't come with the front & rear covers but mechanically appears to be complete. I followed the instructions and the Eco Throttle is Off, the fuel valve is On, and the choke lever is pulled all the way out.
